Online Surveys

The participants in sporting events receive free Goodie Bags containing samples of the products which are being promoted. Clearly this is a marketing exercise, but the samples are intended to be useful and of value to the participant in evaluating the product. Indeed, participants can generally be expected to take considerable interest in the contents of their bags. Many may also wish to express their appreciation or perhaps dislike of one or more samples.

After each event, participants will be sent an email exhorting them to try out the products in the Goodie Bag and provide feedback. Indeed, encouragement to do this is provided by way of lucky draws for those who partake in the surveys. The feedback will be captured via an online survey form, as demonstrated by the forms available under the Surveys menu on this web site.

When a participant completes a survey for a particular event the content is stored on the MCM database, which can then be interrogated by an MCM administrator. All product feedback by participants, including their their comments, is then correlated and given to the product sponsors.

Participants are respectfully reminded that the Goodie Bag is not included in their entry fee and is a genuinely free gift from the sponsors of the various samples. The sponsors of the samples would very much appreciate your feedback on their products.
